 jANUARY 11, 2010 - PRESS RELEASE

Albuquerque, NM -- The Arch of Leadership  announces “Your Leadership Difference,” an on-line, mentor-guided executive leader development course. The program is recommended for managers, new leaders and experienced executives.

Class size is limited to 15 people and runs for six months. Enrollees have frequent contact with a certified mentor, and work on a continuing basis with a peer. Public postings generate discussions among participants. The Keirsey Sorter profiles each participant. Enrollees receive a copy of The Arch and the Path: The Life of Leading Greatly, by Michael H. Shenkman, Ph.D.

Enrollees spend about three hours a week on the material.

Individuals can sign up for the program now. Arrangements can be made for single companies to purchase a dedicated in-house program as well. The program differs from on-line executive coaching or leadership training courses. It emphasizes personal commitment to leading and then helps enrollees develop their own personal leadership “brand.”

The contents and processes in Your Leadership Difference grow out of work with on-line educators at Boston Architecture College, where the Arch curriculum was first adapted for on-line use.

“We expect that our on-line program will build a lasting community of aspiring leaders,” says Michael Shenkman, founder and president of Arch of Leadership. “It is a superb value and an ideal venue for anyone who to take charge of becoming the leader he or she is meant to be.”

The Arch of Leadership program is fully described in Shenkman’s, Leader Mentoring: Find, Inspire and Cultivate Great Leaders. Available on Amazon.com.

The Arch of Leadership is an executive leadership development program founded in 1998. More than 500 executives have been mentored at companies such as Intel Corporation, Covad Communications, AT&T Mobile (Canada) and Sandia National Laboratories.
